"We decided to use Gareth at Island Fever Events because we did not have the resources to create, manage and plan events in-house, being a small team in Jersey. At every stage of the process Gareth was exceptional, not only approachable and always contactable but also organised with a stream of ideas. Following an initial briefing, Gareth came back with three different themes and then, having taken a vote on which one with the team, we set a budget and he immediately launched into arranging the event. Our “Moonlight in Marrakech” evening was amazing, we had live music, dancers, lighting and décor, including “Casablanca” roulette and Black Jack. The evening was thoroughly enjoyed by all our clients and colleagues and went like clockwork, so we as hosts, could relax knowing that it was all under control. He did all this within budget and with the minimum of involvement from us. I would certainly use Gareth again and would strongly recommend Island Fever Events.”
